Minute minder, status LED.
Infuriating menu system, erratic behaviour.
I've had an A1018s for 15 months. In that time, while being driven around it has regularly beeped to announce the fact that it's returned to the switch-on screen for no apparent reason. It did this once in the middle of a call (which dropped out). It's regularly decided there is "No Network", but turning it off and on corrects the problem. The battery indicator is hopeless, only indicating less than full charge when the battery's about 75% discharged. I got absolutely fed up with it actually calling numbers I was trying to edit in the phone book, and the menu system seems designed to be frustrating. When the date changed to June 1st, 2001, its clock decided it was February 1st. It stopped saving outgoing SMS messages but returned to normal when I changed service providers. The receiver is very insensitive, as I found out when I replaced it with a Nokia 3310 which is perfect in locations where the A10181s wouldn't work.
