Good Points
The woman who set up my account was friendly. But that's not anything to do with to HSBC itself... so, nothing, I guess.

Bad Points
I was given an overdraft of £500 when I was expecting £1000. I enquired about this twice and was told it should be £1000. I enquired again and was told my address that I had just moved in to had a bad credit rating (when I have never used credit cards etc), so basically I had a smaller overdraft thanks to the previous occupants/landlord or something.
I was charged £30 on several occasions for going overdrawn which was given back when I complained. Highly annoying!

General Comments
Really wish I had read the other reviews before I signed up with HSBC! Don't do it!
