Good Points
Very helpful customer service team - explained about the teak furniture I wanted and told me about a special offer. Set arrived on time, in good condition. Will definitely order again - I have my eye on a BBQ.

General Comments
Good service and great value for money. I ordered a teak patio set from Alfresia and it arrived 3 days later - fantastic service! The customer service advisor I spoke to was very helpful with my queries, and my products arrived on time, and will be a God send for the coming BBQ season.
