Good Points

High capacity.


Bad Points

Noisy, began leaking and completely failed after 3 years.


General Comments

When the machine was just under 3 years old, it began to get out of balance frequently and became very noisy. Within a month of these symptoms, grease starting appearing on my clothes. A week later, unit started leaking. Called for repair and found out that the triple seal and bearings had failed. As a result the parts around the transmission had rusted and corroded. Total repair estimate: $410! Called for a second estimate: $390. So, now I have paid $59 in trip charge to 2 repair agencies and still have to buy a new machine. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Both repairmen stated that they see this issue with machines as new as 1 year old in this model all the time.
