“Really surprised by other review of the Sony Ericsson...”

Good Points
Large quality colour screen
Easy to use
Earphones for radio come with phone
USB to upload pictures/music to computer and vice versa
Internet Connection
MP3 compatible
Bluetooth and Infra-red built in

Bad Points
Battery life could be better. 2-3days tops
Large screen also has its downfall of being a large screen and therefore being prone to scratching if there isn't a cover to protect it
should come with more memory 128mb hardly enough for the features it supports.

General Comments
Really surprised by other review of the Sony Ericsson K810i, made me think that maybe they were reviewing the wrong phone as I think this one is brilliant!

Got this free on contract as was due for an upgrade. Having always owned a Nokia or a Motorola phone the Sony Ericsson was a step in a totally different direction and I thought I would find it difficult to get used to the different navigation and features but I think this phone is top notch!

Very sleek in black, with some well placed shortcut keys, for the camera, camera albums, volume, internet access and to access the main menu.

The picture quality is the brilliant! With a built in flash which comes on automatically when needed.

Also the MP3 is brilliant. I've got about 30 songs on it already and I've only had it approx 2 weeks, one thing I would say is when you buy the phone, buy a new memory card to go with it anyway as the 128mb it comes with will get used up fairly quickly, however you can always transfer your images onto a pc, phone comes with disc and USB cable to set this up.

Buttons fairly easy to use maybe a tad on the small side, and sometimes the joystick can be difficult to move but nothing to major.

Text messages fairly easy to type and use, messages can overlap in one but it comes on screen when you move onto another message, you can also assign pictures to contacts in your address book which will flash not only when they ring but also when they text you (think this is a nice addition).

Also has radio, earphones again come with the phone and the frequency on it and reception is great! can save certain radio stations etc.

At the bottom of the phone a place to hang phone charms, which seems to be a must have at the moment!

Overall this is a brilliant phone, which is easy to use with some great features! Its almost a mini computer which you can call from!

Definitely been converted to a Song Ericsson user! Brilliant!
