Funky colours, and is very light for a travel system. The bag that comes from some shops has a bigger change mat than most other portables on the market.
The click on/off breaks get jammed and become unusable. The wheels are hollow, so if a stone gets stuck, you get a hole in it. The car seat cover is meant to be washable, but following the washing instructions it just frays and become unusable, costing you a new car seat, or £30 for a new cover from Graco, and if you get the rain cover it doesn't come with instructions and is awkward to fit on. The free bag lasted a couple of months before falling apart.
Initially, I thought Graco Mosaic system was great, as it is very light for a travel system, and easy to steer. When I started having problems, I contacted Graco whose customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They couldn't use a spell checker in their letter, and half of it didn't make sense. They were very unhelpful and disinterested on the phone, and seem to think that a click on click off break system is a user error when it gets stuck, and they are asking us to pay for the repair. We switched to a Maclaren Techno XT, which is so much easier, and our baby loves it more. I wish we had known this in the first place.
