1. Awesome vintage Vespa look.
2. Plenty of power and speed - truly the fastest Vespa.
3. Very stable at high speeds and during deceleration.
1.No room for full face helmet in the underseat compartment - what an oversight by Vespa! Even my much smaller Yamaha BWs has an ample compartment.
2. Position of the passenger foot pegs seems to have been designed with little consideration for the driver - quite annoying when you have to put your feet on the ground and you just keep bumping into the passenger's feet. Again, no such problem on my BWs.
3. The gas tank inlet gives you no visibility whatsoever as to how close you might be to overfilling the tank, which results in frequent spills into the underseat compartment. A relatively small and simple to solve detail, but quite irritating.
Despite the bad points (which I hope Vespa addresses to satisfy their future customers) I must admit I like the GTS overall. The combination of elegant style and power was irresistible for me and I just wish the 3 minor downsides listed above had been addressed for my complete satisfaction.
