Good Points

Cheap for a colour screen phone.
Not too big and definately NOT TOO SMALL.
Unique key pad.
Nokia menu structure.
Changable faceplates incase you scratch/damage your existing one (also for those who like getting weird and wonderful coloured plates).
It also has polyphornic (spelling?? :) ring tones.

Bad Points

Dust somehow gets onto the inside of the face plate.
No Infra Red port for communication with external devices (e.g. computers, other phones, PDA's).

General Comments

I've owned a Nokia 3530 for just under 3 months now and I have to say that even though the key pad looks strange with the '2' and '5' on the same button (as is the '8' and '0') it is not hard at all to get the one you want. In fact just ignore the fact that its 1 button (i.e. its 1 piece of rigid plastic, obviously different electrical contacts below) and use it like you would a normal nokia key pad! Its a great phone with dimensions which are great for those who can't stand those new microscopic little phones. At the same time it is resonably flat to slide into your trouser pocket etc. The colour screen does not exactly have the worlds best resolution (not like some expensive phones where you can see crisp photo quality pictures) but its still a world away from your regular black only screen.
