I was using Tower Property Estate Agents to purchase a flat. I was told that the flat is vacant and it will be a quick sale. The problems started when the estate agent refused to take the property off the market. It took several phone calls and 2 weeks before the property was taken off the market. Then started the problems with the seller's solicitors for some reason they were delaying documents. After 2 months I was told that the seller is in a chain and he can't sell until he has secured a new flat for himself.
The Estate Agent said that he works for the seller so he tells me what the seller ask him to tell.
I would advise you not to use Tower Property in Wapping.
