Good Points

Great price over £250 cheaper than any high street store. Excellent web site layout.

Bad Points

No contact to the logistics company delivering the TV. unless they ring you!

General Comments

Ordered the TV late Friday. Payment taken straight away 2 emails followed saying order placed any the second stated I would be contacted by VBA Logistics about delivery. Message on mobile left on Monday morning from VBA logistics telling me they had received the paperwork from Digital Direct and would contact me 48 hours before delivery. After one week and not hearing anything I tried to contact VBA Logistics which is pointless! Finally received a phone call Thursday telling me they would deliver on Saturday morning and the driver would call 1 hour before. Saturday morning I received a call to my mobile at 6.50 am telling me they would be with me in 10 minutes. Delivery men arrived 10 minutes later brought the TV in and unpacked it to check for any damage which there was none. Overall the price was very good saving over £250 from high street stores. Digital Direct seem to be good. I can contact them no problem. VBA Logistics are a different story.

In total it took 2 weeks to get my TV which isn't bad considering the price and I am very happy with it Panasonic TH42PX70b and customer support from digital direct seems to be OK.
