Poor website and telephone contact.
Car booked not what you get, not even same group.
Have to pay extra to the French company.
Holiday Autos just didn't seem to care.
I wouldn't advise people using them. Go elsewhere or arrange it at the airport with a local company. At the end of the day, it's all they do anyway, so save yourself money and hassle.
