No good points whatsoever.
They charge you dearly.
O2 customer service is appalling.
The bills are always wrong.
I made the mistake to switch to O2, and for the last 6 months I've had tons of problems. My bills are wrong every month. They keep charging me for calls that were part of the allowance of the previous month. Their online billing system is always behind by up to 5 days, so it's impossible to keep track of how much one spends, or how much allowance one has used, and O2 uses this so customers use up their allowance and spend even more.
They don't have a free number to call, so I had to email their customer support - more than 50 times now - to rectify their constant mistakes.
I have become a zombie because of O2. They turned me into a furious wreck, and I need therapy now.
I have sworn on my dead relatives that I will never ever take out another contract with O2.
