Competitive tariffs and prices.
Delivery.
This is not so much a complaint about 02 www.o2.co.uk but their delivery company DHL. I've had 2 upgrades from them and both have been 'eventful' to say the least. The first was hilarious (I can say that now but it was infuriating at the time). After a week of excuses from DHL about being unable to deliver the phone I was eventually told it had been delivered and signed for even though nobody was at home. When I got home I found no phone or card from the courier. When I checked the DHL site it said the package had been signed for: by Side Bush
Couldn't quite believe it and when I called them they didn't seem bothered. To O2's credit they sent out another immediately.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered a new upgrade and crossed my fingers. It was eventually delivered to the wrong address (O2's fault) and DHL then held on to the parcel for a week before it seemed to disappear and again O2 sent out another handset (which I'm still waiting for as it's now out of stock).
The only reason I stay with O2 is that when things have gone wrong (e.g. phone repair) they were very prompt and compared with reviews of some other online phone companies complaints seem few and far between.
