I don't think EFH Broadband deserve as big a bagging as users here have given them. Granted, sometimes the speed and consistency of service is a little flaky, but overall I'm pretty happy. I've been in a contract with them for over 18 months now, and haven't considered moving to another provider at all during that time. haven't needed a lot of phone support, only initially in the early months of usage, but they were prompt and efficient. A completely different story to AOL from whom I switched - now I *could* give you some horror stories about AOL...
