General Comments

I dropped this Ericsson T39 phone once and the mic no longer works. Thus, I am confined to using a wireless mic which can be an absolute nuisance at times. I would not recommend this phone simply because the integrity of it is poor. I believe that all mobile phones should be capable of withstanding a view drops by its owner.
