Ease of ordering.
Good "offline" experience.
Terrible online experience. Poor, slow website. No stock, no communication, no courtesy.
Debenhams online sales are synonymous with ordering problems, no stock and no aftersales service. If the price looks too good to be true (or less) then don't expect to receive your product or any after-sales care - your debit card will be refunded around 4 weeks after ordering, without the decency of a reply.
