General Comments
Where to start, the plates delivered were the wrong size and of poor quality. The font was not sharp, and looked as if they had been made using a poor quality photocopier. The plastic coating was coming loose,therefore rendering them liable to let in water. I sent them back and asked for a refund. They sent replacement plates. These I did not want or ask for. I sent several emails and tried to ring them, but the number on the website wouldn't work. The replies to the emails were auto generated. Despite several emails, I did not hear from any tangible person. Eventually I received an email and I thought I was getting somewhere. But no, not a sausage since. I have returned two sets of plates at my own expense and paid the initial over inflated prices for the original plates. So far I am nearly £100 out of pocket. The products are rubbish as is the customer service.
