Good Points

I think their website is easy to use and their insurance cover seems standard.


Bad Points

I got inundated with phone calls from them. I thought they were an online insurer? Their call centre calls me at all sorts of times to get me to buy extra stuff. Leave me alone. (And what's with the Michael Winner advert??)


General Comments

Home insurance is a difficult choice to make and it is hard to get a company who doesn't need to know your inside leg measurement before they will insure you. Their price and cover was good but their call centre staff are very annoying. If you hate having your life invaded by clones don't try Esure.
