Range.
Order had to be amended twice due to lack of stock, despite items showing as in stock.
Poor transit packaging.
Non-existent customer service.
I ordered a set of Team Dynamics Jet alloys and Toyo Proxes T1R tyres, all showing as in stock, on 15/06/07 and my card was debited for the full amount at the same time. On 19/06/07 I received a call to be informed that they couldn't get any stocks of the wheels I ordered and so chose another set and was debited for the difference, delivery date given for 25/06/07. On 22/06/07 I received another call to be informed that they didn't have the model of tyres I had ordered so agreed to have the Toyo T1-S fitted instead.
Their website states that all alloy wheels are securely packaged to protect from damage in transit. Wheels arrived today. The packaging left a lot to be desired to say the least, a piece of cardboard taped to the wheel, and that didn't even cover the entire surface. All but one of the wheels were packaged in this way. Three of the wheels have major scratches, chips and dents in them where they have been unprotected. Phoned Rochford Tyres to inform of damage and was told to send email with photos of the packaging and damage. 2 hours later still no reply.
