Great accuracy!!! Sights are very adjustable. Windage adjustment is great!. easy to sight in. light wieght. durable. comfortable to hold. fast to load. easy cocking. the safety is great, less movement when taking safety off for the shot..
The trigger feels cheap to me, needs to have a lighter trigger pull.
I went out to the store looking for a pellet gun that wasn't made cheap, or wasn't to pricey.. I found this Gamo Cadet Delta to be right in my range. Being only 5,6 this gun handles great for me.. I nailed a house sparrow with this gun at over 60 feet away in matter of minutes after having the gun out of the box ( I was actually on my way to sighting the gun in!!!). I do alot of smallbore firearm shooting. This gun is great for practicing in the back yard. Being a expert marksman I find this gun having great accuracy. Those of you that are not finding this true may not know how to sight in your gun properly or just need to spend more time shooting. I was able to shoot and kill a squirell in the head at aprox 30 yards. The only pellets I have used in this gun are Gamo Match and Beeman Hollow points. The gun does however lose accuracy when the barrel gets dirty, but so do all guns. The power of this gun isn't great.. but the accuracy makes up for the power. I have had a few birds fly and then drop after a few feet.
I have shot other pellet guns that were more expensive and this gun seems to be right up there with accuracy in the higher market airguns. Most people are into extreme power with pellet guns. But whats that power worth if you can't hit anything with it.. I am not saying that the faster the gun the less accurate.. I am just saying don't let the 525 fps of this gun stop you from buying it, kid or adult. It's a great gun.
