The plane was comfortable.
Appalling delays on our flight and other Flybe flights around us.
On our flight was Manchester to La Rochelle, we were delayed 4.5 hours going out, and 8.5 on return. We know also that the flight coming out was hugely delayed, another flight was cancelled and we are waiting an explanation. We will never fly with them again as other customers we spoke to had experienced delays before. The flights were not particularly cheap and if you are delayed for 13 hours on short flights like this, it's unacceptable.
