Everything.
I ordered a duvet which was on special offer, and I received confirmation of receipt of the order. Money was taken out of my bank account the following day, and I was stupid enough to believe the letters and emails I received advising that the product would be sent direct from the supplier. Three weeks after taking my money, it was quietly repaid into my bank account with no explanation or apology from Debenhams Direct - or compensation for the fact they had my money for 3 weeks. They say the product was out of stock, which is possible, but this could have been handled so much better.
There are so many better places to buy from.
