Good Points

Powerful 1850 watts
wide head
turbo brush cleans stairs well (better than the supplied stair and tread tool)
can see when full


Bad Points

heavy
cord is so long it gets in the way sometimes
the main tube keeps coming out of the slot because it is not fixed
the filter is a nightmare to get clean - you need another vacuum to clean it up
when emptying it the dust goes everywhere
gets blocked up easily


General Comments

This is my first (and last) bagless vacuum cleaner
It does perform well in some ways but it is heavy and best for large floor areas
The long cord does allow you to go right up the stairs and the supplied turbo brush head is very good
You can see when it is full but emptying it puts more dust back in the air - I wish I had stuck with a bagged cleaner so I could just throw the bag away
The filter is just a concertina effort that clogs up very easily and you need to clean it almost every time you use it
The stair and tread tool is only really good enough for upholstery
The main cleaning tube extends to a good length but it takes a good effort to do it
