Good Points
nice power in the higher rpm range, firm suspension(but not too firm), great aftermarket potential, good resale value, really fun to drive
Bad Points
small displacement=not much tourqe, plain interior
General Comments
I would recommend this car to any enthusiast, it takes a close second behind the integra gs-r only because of lack of torque and refinement. if you are choosing between the si and the sir, pick the sir. your gonna get a more potent powerplant (b16a), close ratio transmission, uprated suspension, 15" alloy rims, rear disc brakes, leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, sportier seats with more support, and other refinements such as white faced gauges, a mesh front grill, and a front chin spoiler.
for those of you looking to modify your car, i would recommend starting off with uprated springs and shocks/struts, an air intake, a cat-back exhaust system, and performance tires.
for anyone looking to do any racing this is a perfect car for solo II (autocross). i am using the setup i recommended above but i have also upgraded my rear sway bar to help eliminate understeer.
