Price is very competitive
Oh was I in for a shock when I made a claim after my car stolen. I have never encountered such a bureaucratic bunch in my life. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for their loss adjuster to get his act together! They will not answer the phones (claims department). My car sat in a recovery yard until I reminded them it was there! Do your self a favour. Pay a bit extra and steer well clear.
Might be good to rescue a breakdown, don't let em loose on your car insurance.
Take my word for it, RAC are utterly useless.
