Enjoyed holiday once arrived.
Flights.
Un-knowledgeable staff.
We booked to go to Egypt with First Choice departing from Manchester.
However the agent at the First Choice branch in Greater Manchester where we booked failed to inform us that there was a touchdown of the flight at London Gatwick to pick up other passengers. We were told we would only be on the plane at Gatwick for 50 mins, which turned into more like 2 and a half hours due to being delayed. We were not allowed off the plane during this time to wait at the gate area, and were not offered refreshments by the attendants. Luckily we don't have kids but I felt sorry for other passengers who did.
The same happened on the return which turned a medium haul flight into a long haul flight.
Once at our hotel we found it to be of a good standard, although discovered that there were some things the travel agent hadn't told us or had misadvised us.
Will not book with First Choice or recommend them to anybody else.
