First one I got had visible weld dents all down the side of casing so I sent it back via the retailer as Hotpoint were not interested as I did not report it within 48 hours.
Very flimsy lightweight door, baskets do not glide in and out easily, they shake so all the glasses fall over as you push the basket home and i have broken several glasses this way. The runners do not go back completely either so you have to push them back to close the door properly. The filter blocked warning comes on when the slightest bit of debris enters it, thought the idea of a filter was to do just that. Awkward to load due to different size slats so plates too big or fall over.
Not at all happy with this purchase, Hotpoint products always used to be good I have purchased many in the past. now they belong to indesit the quality is cheap, but the price is not.
