Not even close to what was ordered. 2 days late in delivery. Needed to keep calling to ask what the status was. Tried to cancel, but they promised to make good on the situation. Make Good?? They asked for more money. I refused. They called back and apologized. They then charged me more money on my debit/credit card than the original. The customer service rep was polite, but her supervisor was not. I told her there was a problem, but she wouldn't even listen, and just talked over me. I currently have a dispute claim open against them.
I will never again buy anything from Teleflora!
