Had the Smartnav sat nav installed in a new car and definitely not worth the money. Instructions were often too late and the rerouting took some time to catch up. It also sent me on some weird journeys. Once coming off the slip road on a motorway and then sending me back again!
Graphics fairly poor compared to cheaper models. Customer service a nightmare to get through to - you queue forever.
With an initial outlay of £600+ and a monthly subscription on top - you can definitely get a better deal elsewhere.
