Food, accommodation and staff superb, great value, outstanding views. Oh, super beer!
Bad Points
Locality not good for wheelchair usage, hard work for the one pushing. Kerbstones are high in places, carer needs to be in good fettle.
General Comments
Hotel Britannia should install a ramp at the main reception. The inside bar area needs refurbishing, new chairs required at least, be advised to book a room with a lake view. Our last two visits have been on floors 2 and 4, the views are respectfully breathtaking! We can't wait for our return.
