Good Points
None whatsoever!

Bad Points
All bad I'm afraid! I ordered and paid for the Oval Textoline Patio Set on the 5th of May, and six weeks later it hadn't arrived. Not only that, but they had ignored my emails, were difficult to contact by phone, and when I did speak to them they could not have cared less about not supplying my goods. They never once apologised to me for the inconvenience, hassle and stress that had been caused. The outcome was a special birthday barbecue which had to be held indoors, as guests had nowhere to sit! I was led to believe goods would arrive right up until it was too late to source elsewhere.

General Comments
Alfresia took my money then totally forgot about me. They never replied to queries, and when I did speak to them, they were very unhelpful. They have no customer service or care, and I am only sorry that I ever chose them in the first place. I did get a refund when I insisted, but the damage was done, and my husband's 50th birthday celebration was spoiled by this.
