NO CAR- despite payment, voucher and confirmation.
We arrived at Bergerac airport and there was no car waiting. Holiday Autos had failed to make the link with their French partner National Citer.
Since then despite three e-mails all I have received is a standard acknowledgement letter- and this is now three weeks ago.
I have heard of this happening before with Holiday Autos- I won't use them again.
