Not good at pointing out which account has the best \ worst interest rates
I have banked personally with Lloyd's for 35 years. As a family for 27 years and as a business for 11 years.
We have had very little to complain about over these years. The counter service is always excellent.
New cards\cheque books\paying in books come promptly on time. The internet banking is very easy to use and the help line has always solved my problems - but sometimes there is a bit of a wait if you call at busy times.
I wish they would be more upfront about their interest rates and advise on new accounts - but maybe I need to be a bit more pro-active in this department myself.
