Inexpensive.
The item gets there in the end.
Unable to deliver anything on time.
Poor customer service.
Customer service reps make up excuses for why the delivery is late.
Twice in the last week I have had the unfortunate luck to have been sent mail order items via Business Post Ltd. Twice, the "next day" delivery has not been made on the said date. Today I am again waiting in for the second day to receive my delivery (and I hope very much I do get it today but I'm not holding my breath!). Quite often delivery companies don't seem to particularly care about customer service for the delivery recipient, well this company is no different there. Where they differ is that at least companies like City Link or the Royal Mail deliver packages on time on a regular basis ! Awful service, lack of any care in their dealings with me - I will be making a point of checking which delivery company any mail order company I order from uses in future and if it is Business Post then I will not be ordering from them.
