The worst customer care that I have ever come across.
I had an accident in May 2005 and the claim is STILL outstanding! I had a minor head-on down a country lane and the other party who had only past their test a week before admitted liability and and even wrote this down for me. Norwich Union disputed this but Churchill advised me to hold out on the claim. Over the past two years I have been trying to close the case but have failed dismally. I have had problems from day one. I was initially told to fight, after reporting the accident I was told on my next follow up call that they had no record of my previous call! I have sent letters recorded delivery to be told that they have never been received when I know they have. The repair work was extremely poor and Renault agreed and gave me an independent quote. After waiting months and months without any correspondence I received a call from a very rude gentleman from Churchill basically saying that I would never win the case and should give up now!! The matter is now in the hands of the Ombudsman as I have had no reply from Churchill over the past eight months and have no faith whatsoever in the company.
