Web site is very easy to use with previous statements easily obtainable.
They withdrew overdraft and then started billing me for being overdrawn because I do not pay in monthly amounts! Attempted to charge 110% of total overdraft amount in bank charges!
Although website is easy to use once logged in, it is still notoriously hard to log-in. My details are locked out every time I try. They claim it may be someone attempting to login to my account!!!!! but do nothing about it. I suspect the 8p/min phone line has more to with it.
I maintain an exceptionally clean credit rating as its essential for my job, yet they treat me like I have bad credit, ever since they paid back the excessive bank charges I reclaimed, I have had nothing but poor service. I'm closing the account as its become useless. They insisted they can not issue a debit card because the account doesn't have a monthly amount paid in, despite me informing them I get paid quarterly.
