A good, well built machine, and it is easy to use. That's where it stops!
Bad Points
It does NOT cut thicker items properly; it mainly serrates, but it doesn't cut right through. Thinner pieces get chewed into a ball, and constantly block the exit chute. The suppliers were excellent (not Ryobi), and they replaced it immediately. Unfortunately, that one was the same, so we are being refunded and choosing another make.
General Comments
The Ryobi helpline telephone number is in the handbook. On phoning it, we had a recorded message telling us to send them an email! Our opinion is that the Ryobi RSH-2455 garden shredder and the Ryobi helpline are not fit for the purpose for which they are intended; ie. useless!
