Low price products and a functional website. Phones answered within 10-15 minutes.
Bad Points
Staff on orders inquiry line polite but blunt and sound put-upon. Site claims that if you order by 4pm on Wednesday (for example) you will have your phone by 1pm on the Thursday. Not true, order may sit with them for several days, maybe until following week. They claim that there is an instant online credit decision, not true, may take several days for them to sort out the paperwork.
General Comments
A good-ish site but the company may have grown too fast, and hence is unable to meet demand in a timely manner. Don't expect prompt delivery from 3G Shop.
