Good Points

Relatively easy to use. Appeared good value for money initially.


Bad Points

EPG not the easiest to read. Have also had same fault with power supply as described in other reviews. Long delay on ringing customer service if there is a problem.


General Comments

Jun 2007 - we bought ours in August 2005, to date it has worked reasonably well, apart from the fan being very noisy and the power supply blowing up (which Digifusion did replace as they had extended the warranty on that beyond the ordinary 1 year). However last week there was an upgrade overnight, and since that time, rather suspiciously my box has ceased working. Digifusion gave us the instructions on the first call to do a factory reset, which we did, however this has not solved the problem. The box now takes at least a minute to respond to any instruction ie; change channel, move to EPG etc - clearly not a workable situation. Digifusion have now said it is nothing to do with the upgrade and the fault is with the box and as it is outside the 12 month warranty, we are going to have to replace with something else. You kind of expect things to last longer than 2 years in this day and age and clearly the manufacturers don't. Rather disappointing.
