Like similar online shops I can only see them making money when customers fail to meet their (stringent) rules on cashback claims. My advice is to read carefully the requirements and send everything by registered post keeping an identical copy yourself. Be prepared to wait a long time for your cheques and send copies should they take too long. Note that they are impossible to contact by email so be prepared to write. To be fair to them I omitted a part of my bill with my first claim and they could have denied all future claims but they let me off for a £10 fee. Still waiting for my final cheque though and my contract finished in early May.
