Good Points

I can iron anything with no worry. The steam is awesome.


Bad Points

Pricey but still worth it. I had company over and they used the iron and it must've fallen because the back plate (where the cord is) is now cracked. Of course, I didn't realize that until after they left. I wish that the distributor's website would have a section for me to purchase the part I need. It's easy enough to replace, the problem is getting the part. So far we've been playing telephone tag.


General Comments

I picked mine up at a quilting show. My husband thought I was crazy to have spent that kind of money. He irons his own clothes. ( he irons better than me) Now he loves it and he even told me that when we get company ( you get a lot of company when you live in Florida) that we needed to hide it and take out the old iron out for them to use.
