Good stock.
Seems to have difficulty locating stock.
Unhelpful staff - Staff unwilling to help or fix things when order was messed up.
I've used Kitbag for football boots before, twice in fact. The first time was very good, but the second time was not so good (they messed up on embroidery, so I had to return them).
This time it was just AWFUL.
I ordered a pair of Umbro X Boot 3 boots (at a no small price of 84 pounds), and after 4 days it was still being 'picked in the warehouse'. I had been told that it would take a maximum 3 days to be embroidered and dispatched. I sensed something was wrong, so I called customer services. I was told someone would follow this through, but I never got a call. I had to call again; this time having to deal with an employee who refused to look into this for me. I have never encountered such unprofessional services before. All I wanted was the order cancelled, if they had such difficulty locating the stock in the warehouse! I called another 15 minutes later, and I was told that the boots have now suddenly been located and in the "urgent' trolley for embroidery, and they weren't willing to cancel my order. But they couldn't guarantee that the embroidery would be done the next day, and they wouldn't send it out on an express delivery to make things up.
They wouldn't even let me speak to the manager either!
I will never use Kitbag again due to their terrible customer service.
