Can't get tool bar
General Comments
Have tried 8 + times to get tool bar; no can get, last time the Icon disappeared; Had older version and I loved it. No one answers my request. I've been to at least 3 different places, they all go back to the advancedsearchbar.com etc still NO TOOL BAR to do a set up etc etc
