They were quick to send me a card
Their order of business is to confuse you and lead you astray into paying more and more fees.
Customer service at Aspire Credit Card is geared to have you send in a minimum amount so that you get more fees assessed to you the following month. Example: They told me this last time that I was a couple of bucks over the limit and that I needed to send in a certain amount to get me back into good standing. I did that right over the phone with them. Next month.......more fees attached! This time it was because I didn't send in enough. I asked, "Well, how come when I spoke with customer service they said everything would be okay if I sent in such and such amount?" They said, "That was our collections department and they didn't give you the total you really had to send in." At that response, I cancelled the card. A woman came on to say, "Are you sure you want to cancel this? Because the VISA logo is good at any participating vendor and it will only help you with your credit rating." I told her that I had five other cards and have never been led in a wrong direction like I had with Aspire. I told her that her company was telling people like me to be able to bring in more money for their company and that I definately wanted to cancel and cancel now!"
There were many times that things like this happened with Aspire. Don't let them get their hooks into you!
