Good Points

Once out of about 6 visits they have managed to do what they have said they would and on time.


Bad Points

Reversing the new car just before delivery into a post and expecting me to part with money and my old car and take a taxi home (and for the next 2-3 weeks!).
Not managing to fix any minor faults on time or even the correct day and ordering the wrong parts, not managing to fill up the oil etc.
I have just taken the car to Arnold Clark for the third time to fix front suspension brackets (£228) to find on driving home a terrible clunking noise. The AA have fixed it - drop link not tightened. I will never use this garage again and will put the current complaint in writing to head office.
