Nice looking clothes
My top ripped after wearing it once.
When I returned to the Zara store to complain about my top, the assistant was very unhelpful, and said that the top had been pulled, and refused to even consider an exchange. She made me feel like a complete idiot, and I will never shop there again. If I treated a customer of mine like that I would lose my job.
