Good Points

Suction on hard floors


Bad Points

Does not get dog hair out of my carpets / is very heavy / design is too bulky to vacuum under coffee table / extension hose is unwieldy, makes trying to vacuum the stairs a horrendous task


General Comments

With 2 dogs (active springer spaniels) I bought this to replace my ancient but wonderful Vorwerk vacuum. It has been the biggest disappointment of all my household purchases over 40+ years, and I would never buy Dyson again.
Have since bought a Miele Cat and Dog TT5000 which I am happy with, despite it not being bagless
