I traveled with the National Express for the first time when traveling from London to Manchester and admittedly i was not looking forward to the experience. However it was a very pleasant journey!
The was a toilet on board which I think was a bonus for the long 5hr journey, it was a nice day outside yet it wasn't uncomfortable or stuffy on the coach, and I was lucky enough to have two seats for myself up until Milton Keynes.
Also I booked the journey approx three weeks in advance and it cost me £7! bargain considering on the train it would have cost me nearing £50!
It was a long journey but it was pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, in fact I booked a coach for my brother who was traveling from London to Manchester as well!
Definitely recommended!
