Bad Points

There does not seem to be any customer reviews that suggest an unfavourable or bad experience. My particular experience wasn't all that bad. However, I detailed my problems for a customer review and it has not been listed, it's then that you begin to notice that most reviews and all the reviews that I looked at are giving nothing but praise - just seems a little one sided only supplying one side of the argument - I mean they couldn't be that fantastic?


General Comments

My experience was that I contacted Simply Fitness Equipment 3 times by email, and my emails were not even acknowledged. On contacting them twice by phone, I was assured that my query would be satisfied immediately, but it still has not (a month on).

When shopping with them you get the impression that it is all too good to be true, and my experience has taught me that in this case it was.
