Start off being very thorough and organised until you have signed and dotted the contract.
Complete disregard for tenants.
Completely unsympathetic when we had emergency problems.
Ignored our rights to privacy and complaints, resulting in damage to property.
Keept a large part of the deposit (paid for 'professional cleaners' despite leaving the flat in excellent condition, among other 'random' costs).
Personally refusing to ever use them again.
Brutens & Co start of nice and efficient when you first meet them. But the minute you call them out on mistakes and anything that is bad for the landlord, they turn very nasty, very quickly. We had many instances of negligence, and terrible customer service, and ended up leaving and having large part of deposit removed for no reason. I personally refuse to ever use them again, and urge you to avoid Brutens & Co.
